ANA Nursing has over 12 years experience in the placement of qualified nurses and carers in residential and nursing homes. We know residents have varying degrees of requirements and need a high level of care. Whatever the requirement, we will provide the appropriate carer or nurse.
Our Carers
Here at ANA Nursing, we pride ourselves on the quality of carers we provide. This is all down to the intensive training courses that we run. All our carers are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Food Hygiene and need to attend an "Introduction to Care" course before being placed in a residential or nursing home environment. In addition all staff have a valid Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and appropriate references are obtained and always verified.
Many homes trust us with their staffing requirements on a regular basis and our reputation for professionalism and effiency speaks for itself. We are even the sole agency provider for many homes as we can meet all their staffing requirements. Our range of services allows us to meet the needs of a wide variety of client types and we pride ourselves on offering a personal service tailored to individual needs.
Placements
We currently fulfill all placements within 1 hour of the request being made. We also have an on call service allowing you to ring us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is directly answered by the on-call manager - not an answerphone.
