此款「伊利特之境」酒名「Les Terres d'illite」在法文中意味著「伊利特土壤」。葡萄來自Cuisles村，伊利特(illite)是一種葡萄園中的綠色黏土，在乾旱期間，綠黏土特別能夠保持水份。此酒款僅在上好年份生產，二次瓶陳36個月。帶有梅子與黃肉李的特殊香氣。年份香檳特有的圓潤口感與奶油布里歐麵包的香氣，餘韻完美無缺，等候未來高峰期的精采表現。

釀造：不使用化學藥劑有機栽種，施以綠色採收控制產率。採收後以水泥槽低溫浸泡五日，並以原生酵母發酵，以大橡木桶培養24個月，展現Fixin的新面貌，甜美芬芳，單寧細緻卻紮實。
