While not a lot of producers are working with Tempranillo grapes around the country, this special Spanish grape has so much to offer. Nose of black cherry, cassis, violet and fresh herbs already hint at an Old World style of wine. The palate is medium body with dry tannins, offering great length and complexity. The flavours of blackberry and red currant are dominant on the front palate before evolving
