The 6 hectare vineyard is just shy of 25yrs old but super low yields & an unusually intense on the Left Bank classics Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The reds in particular are serious wines firm and stern structures with dry long tailed fruits and BDX like tannin and spice. Goes without saying they need time.
