The skirt of the coat is cut so as to flare out so that it falls in drapes

It  is sized as a 7 3/8 - it measures 23” around the sweatband and 7” by 8” across the opening

This is a classic Aquascutum vintage rain coat

but all that is remaining is some evidence of stitching having been there

cracks or wear - a few craze lines in the drip glaze

The piece has an old clipper type sailing ship engraved on the front. The design is very clever as the glass is mottled in a light opaque blue colour at the top and a rich clear blue colour at the bottom, representing the sky and the sea. The piece measures 4 3 4 by 2 3 4 with a height of 4 5 8 it weighs 1 lb and 13 oz. It is in very good condition with
