Make sure you have a good amount of Basic Pokmon so you can get them into play quickly, then have a smaller number of Pokmon at Stage 1 that evolve from the Basic Pokmon you have, and an even smaller selection of Stage 2 Pokmon

As great as it is, Deadeye Navigator is a dead card if you don't have something to pair it up with, as its basically useless on its own
