Translated to MTG, and it can be relatively chumped somewhat safely, but it will never die in battle that way, at least not on its owner's turn
There is no limitation to this, and the player can pick any villain character their opponent has in play and immediately banish them, meaning an extremely buffed-up villain can be done away with in a single action
