酒莊首次嘗試的夏多內橘酒，故取名「Virgo」，有「處女作品」之意。Virgo Natura Chardonnay Orange是一款微甜的氣泡酒，是一次發酵的Pet Nat(Pét-nat是Pétillant naturel 的簡寫，意思即是自然地起泡naturally bubbling，只有經過一次發酵，釀酒師會在第一次發酵未完成前便把酒液裝瓶，讓葡萄酒在瓶內繼續並完成發酵。
