Can you believe it? Twenty years since I first opened ANA Homecare. When I first started, it was with a simple idea and a whole lot of hope that we could make a difference in the lives of families during some of their toughest times. I never could have imagined it would become two decades filled with relationships I wouldn’t trade for anything.
Today, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude.
To our incredible team of carers, thank you. Thank you for showing up on the coldest mornings and the longest days. Thank you for not just providing care, but for sitting with those who simply needed company. Thank you for treating strangers like family within just a few visits. This isn’t written into a job description, it’s just who you are, and it’s the very reason why people trust us with their loved ones. I am so incredibly proud to know and work with each and every one of you.
And to our clients and their families, thank you for letting us in. Not just into your homes, but into some of the most personal and sometimes challenging moments of your lives. We know that this isn’t a small thing to hand over to someone else, and we have never taken that trust lightly. To have been even a small part of your story has meant more to me than you could possibly know.
Looking back, these twenty years have always been about the people, not the numbers. Here’s to the next chapter.
